Guest Policy

Guests are welcome to our club. However, only senior sembers may invite guests to play on the tennis courts for a maximum of three sessions. A fee of £5.00 will apply to each guest for each session. Payment for these sessions should be handed to a committee member, and details of the session should be logged in the guestbook in the clubhouse kitchen.

Following their third visit, if a guest still wishes to play, they must join the club.

If all the courts are full, members take priority (to play) over the guests.

Please note, junior club members are not allowed to invite guests. If a junior guest is invited to play, a senior member must be present at all times during their stay. Also, junior members and junior guests are not allowed to use the club house without a senior member present.

Here at Swanland Lawn Tennis Club, we are committed to keeping children safe. We have provided a copy of our child protection policy below for your information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of our committee members.
